Secure and Convenient Payment Options
At Lyora LLC, we understand that payment security and convenience are essential to your online shopping experience. You work hard for your money, and you deserve the peace of mind that comes with knowing your financial information is protected while you enjoy a quick, seamless checkout process. That is why we have partnered with Stripe, a global leader in online payment processing, to offer you a variety of payment methods that combine robust security with user-friendly functionality.
Payment Methods We Accept
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards issued by:
-
Visa – All Visa credit, debit, prepaid, and gift cards displaying the Visa logo are accepted worldwide
-
Mastercard – All Mastercard credit, debit, and prepaid cards, including those issued through partner banks and financial institutions
-
American Express – All American Express consumer and business cards are accepted, though please note that Amex transactions may display slightly differently on your statement
-
Discover – All Discover cards, including those co-branded with Dinars Club International, are accepted
-
JCB – Japan Credit Bureau cards are accepted for international customers
-
UnionPay – UnionPay cards are accepted for customers from China and other qualifying regions
When you pay with a credit or debit card through our Stripe-powered checkout, you will be asked to provide your card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC security code (the three or four digit number on the back or front of your card), and billing address. This information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe’s secure servers. Lyora LLC never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVV code.
Digital Wallets
For customers who prefer not to enter card details manually, we support popular digital wallet payment methods that allow you to check out with just a few clicks or taps:
Apple Pay – If you use an iPhone, iPad, or Mac with Safari browser, you can complete your purchase using Apple Pay. After selecting Apple Pay at checkout, confirm your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Your actual card number is never shared with us; instead, Apple Pay provides a unique transaction-specific code that authorizes payment without exposing your financial details. Apple Pay works with credit, debit, and prepaid cards from participating banks that you have already added to your Apple Wallet.
Google Pay – Android users and Chrome browser users on desktop can pay with Google Pay. After selecting Google Pay at checkout, choose the card you wish to use from your Google Wallet account and authenticate the transaction using your device’s screen lock method (PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or facial recognition). Like Apple Pay, Google Pay uses tokenization to prevent your actual card number from being transmitted or stored by merchants.
Additional Payment Details
Currency – All prices displayed on lyorallc.store are in United States Dollars (USD). If your credit card or digital wallet uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the USD amount to your local currency using their exchange rate, which may include foreign transaction fees. Lyora LLC does not control conversion rates or fees charged by your financial institution.
Prepaid and Gift Cards – We accept most prepaid and gift cards that display the logo of any major card network (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). However, please ensure that your prepaid card is activated and has sufficient balance to cover the full purchase amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. If your prepaid card has a remaining balance lower than your total purchase amount, the transaction will be declined. We cannot process split payments across multiple cards for a single order.
Pay Later Services – At this time, Lyora LLC does not offer buy now, pay later services such as Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, or PayPal Pay Later. We may add these options in the future based on customer demand. Please check our website periodically for updates to our payment methods.
PayPal – We do not currently accept PayPal as a direct payment method. Customers who wish to use PayPal can add a PayPal-issued debit or credit card to their Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet or provide PayPal card details as a standard card transaction. We are evaluating PayPal integration for future implementation.
How Stripe Protects Your Payment Information
Our partnership with Stripe brings enterprise-grade security to every transaction on lyorallc.store. Stripe is a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: STRIPE) that processes hundreds of billions of dollars annually for millions of businesses worldwide, including many of the largest and most trusted names in e-commerce. Stripe’s security infrastructure includes:
PCI DSS Level 1 Compliance – The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the global standard for organizations that handle credit card information. Level 1 is the highest certification level, reserved for businesses that process the largest volumes of transactions. Stripe maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance continuously, meaning every transaction processed through Stripe meets or exceeds industry security requirements for data encryption, access controls, network monitoring, and vulnerability management.
End-to-End Encryption – From the moment you enter your payment details on our checkout page until the transaction is authorized by your bank, your information is protected by 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption, the same standard used by banks, militaries, and government agencies worldwide. Encryption scrambles your data into unreadable code during transmission, ensuring that even if someone intercepted the communication, they could not decipher your card number or personal details.
Tokenization – After your transaction is authorized, Stripe replaces your actual card number with a unique digital token that Lyora LLC can use for future transactions (such as processing refunds or subscription renewals) without storing your card number on our servers. This token is worthless to anyone who might breach our systems because it cannot be used outside of Stripe’s specific context for your specific account.
Fraud Detection and Prevention – Stripe’s machine learning algorithms analyze every transaction for patterns indicative of fraud, such as unusual purchase amounts, mismatched billing and shipping addresses, multiple rapid attempts from the same IP address, or card usage patterns inconsistent with typical consumer behavior. Suspicious transactions may be blocked automatically or flagged for manual review. Stripe also maintains shared fraud intelligence across its network, meaning that if a card is reported stolen or used fraudulently with any Stripe merchant, that information helps protect all Stripe merchants including Lyora LLC.
3D Secure Authentication – For certain transactions, especially those flagged as higher risk, Stripe may require 3D Secure authentication. This process redirects you to your bank’s verification page, where you confirm your identity through a password, SMS code, or biometric factor (fingerprint, facial recognition). 3D Secure shifts liability for fraudulent chargebacks from merchants to card issuers, giving you an additional layer of protection because even if your card details are stolen, the thief cannot complete a purchase without passing your bank’s authentication challenge.
The Checkout Process with Stripe
When you are ready to complete your purchase on lyorallc.store, follow these steps:
-
Add your desired products to your shopping cart and click the checkout button
-
Provide your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method
-
On the payment page, select your payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)
-
For credit/debit card payments, enter your card details directly into Stripe’s secure payment form, which appears within our webpage but sends data directly to Stripe’s servers
-
For Apple Pay or Google Pay, click the respective button and authenticate using your device
-
Review your order summary, including all items, quantities, prices, taxes, and shipping fees
-
Click the final submit or pay button to complete your transaction
-
Wait for the payment processing confirmation (typically 2-5 seconds)
-
Upon successful authorization, you will see an order confirmation page with your order number, and we will send confirmation to your email address
If your payment is declined, the checkout page will display an error message indicating the reason (insufficient funds, incorrect CVV, expired card, fraud block, etc.). You may try a different payment method or contact your bank to resolve the issue before trying again.
Refund and Credit Process
When you initiate a return or cancel an order for which you have already paid, we process refunds through Stripe back to your original payment method. Refund timing varies:
-
Credit and debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 3-7 business days, though some banks may take up to 14 business days
-
Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds follow the same timeline as the underlying card because these wallets are simply intermediaries
-
If your original payment method is no longer active (expired card, closed account, lost card replaced with new number), Stripe may still be able to credit the refund through the card network. If not, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method such as store credit or check
We strive to process all refunds within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned product. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is initiated, and Stripe will send separate confirmation when the refund completes.
Billing and Statement Information
When you purchase from Lyora LLC, charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear under a descriptor that helps you identify the transaction. Our billing descriptor typically appears as “Lyora LLC” or “Lyora LLC *” followed by a brief identifier of the product category you purchased. If you do not recognize a charge from Lyora LLC on your statement, first check with family members or authorized users who may have made a purchase. If the charge remains unrecognized, contact us at ttnham.llc@gmail.com with the date and amount of the transaction, and we will help you identify the corresponding order.
Taxes and Duties
For shipments within the United States, applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the tax laws of your jurisdiction. Tax amounts are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Lyora LLC collects and remits sales taxes as required by law.
For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT (value-added tax), or other fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in the prices displayed on our website or in the total at checkout. You, as the importer of record, are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes to release your package from customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees before placing an international order. Lyora LLC cannot predict or control these charges, and we do not offer refunds or discounts based on unexpected duty or tax fees.
Payment Security Guarantee
While Stripe provides industry-leading security, no system is completely immune to attack. In the extremely unlikely event that your card is used fraudulently after a transaction with Lyora LLC, you are protected by your card issuer’s zero-liability policies. Under federal law (the Fair Credit Billing Act), your liability for unauthorized credit card charges is limited to $50, and most card issuers waive even that amount. If you believe your card information was compromised through a transaction with us, contact your bank immediately to report the fraud and request a new card. Additionally, contact us so we can investigate the potential security breach and take appropriate action.
Questions About Payment Methods
If you have any questions about our accepted payment methods, the Stripe checkout process, refund timing, billing statements, or any other payment-related issue, please contact us at ttnham.llc@gmail.com. We cannot resolve issues that require access to your Stripe account or bank account because we do not have visibility into your personal financial information, but we can confirm transaction details from our end and provide documentation to support your dispute or inquiry with your bank.
Thank you for choosing Lyora LLC. We are grateful for your business and committed to protecting your financial security while making your payment experience as smooth and convenient as possible.
